Listener error :- listener know no service

follow below steps:-

SQL> alter system set local_listener='(DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=tcp)(HOST=pm.shaikh.com)(PORT=1522)))';

SQL> alter system register;

SQL> startup force;

$ lsnrctl reload 

$ lsnrctl status

netca 

ipc protocol key = extproc
